Our Business Model
The RFCC of BSR/NSRP of Vietnam Refineries, which was built by Japanese engineering companies, uses a large amount of Japanese equipment. TTS recognizes the request for Japanese spare parts from BSR/NSRP should be appropriate and quickly communicated with Japanese manufacturers.
Currently, most of our customers are large Japanese manufacturers, but many genuine Japanese parts are manufactured by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Many SMEs are not familiar with English-language documentation, trade practices, and international trade settlements, so doing business with SMEs increasingly requires the intermediary services of a Japanese supporting company.
